1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EcomScrub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our API or upload files to our service.
2. Credits and Billing
EcomScrub operates on a credit-based system.
- Credits are deducted based on the volume of rows processed successfully.
- If the AI engine rejects a batch or experiences a 503 Overload error that cannot be resolved, credits for that specific batch will not be permanently deducted.
- All purchases are final. Due to the high computational cost of AI processing, we do not offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the EcomScrub platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to upload malicious code, scripts, or executables disguised as CSV/Excel files.
- Using prompt-injection techniques to manipulate the AI output.
- Attempting to bypass the credit-deduction system.
Violations will result in an immediate and permanent account ban without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimer
EcomScrub utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence to parse descriptions and format data. While our architecture is highly optimized for accuracy:
- AI can hallucinate or format data incorrectly.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing your final CSV files before importing them into Shopify or any other platform.
- We are not liable for any lost revenue, broken storefront links, or SEO penalties resulting from data uploaded to your store.
